What are through holes on the Hall sensor PCB board of the motor used for?

If you receive a motor with a hall sensor, the PCB board or PCB board holder may have through holes. These through-holes are typically used for mounting the hall sensor PCB board to the holder. They should not be used for mounting the stator to the housing.
