C-Tech Innovation Ltd., the Chester based R&D Centre has announced a research partnership with Zettlex UK Ltd., from Cambridge, UK. The partnership will focus on new materials for antennae and targets in harsh environments such as jet engines, sub-sea systems and oil bore instrumentation.
The antennae and targets will be used for a variety of purposes including transmit and receive arrays for inductive position and identification sensors.
C-Tech’s Managing Director commented “We’re delighted to be able announce this partnership. Clearly Zettlex technology has enormous potential and C-Tech’s expertise in materials selection and engineering will undoubtedly help in realising this potential”.
