What is the difference between a Sine drive and FOC drive?

Sine control operates on the Stationary ABC vector space, and FOC control operates in the Rotational DQ vector space. Due to this, the control loops need to work with AC signals in the case of sinusoidal commutation, while FOC allows to work in DC. Working in DC guarantees stability at higher frequencies.
