With my dicing spindle, how do I mount the dicing blade?

There are two types of dicing saw mounting: the direct method involves fitting a saw blade already manufactured with an integral hub directly onto the nose of the spindle; the indirect method requires the blade to be first mounted on a separate detachable hub assembly, supplied by the machine OEM, which is then fitted onto the nose of the spindle. In both cases, the blade assembly is then tightened up using the threaded nut and matching spanner tool. Click for more information on advanced material processing and dicing spindles.
