How does Zettlex manage the obsolescence of electronic components?

Zettlex’s policy is only to use electronic components which are widely used; available from a variety of sources and have low likelihood of obsolescence. Zettlex’s quality management system includes a formal process for managing component obsolescence. In the event of a component becoming obsolete we usually select, specify and qualify a suitable form, fit & functional alternative.
