Return of Goods

In the event that product needs to be returned to Celera Motion for warranty or non-warranty evaluation and repair, please fill out and submit the form available here to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).  Celera Motion will forward back to you an RMA number within 1-2 business days, including any additional information necessary for return. You must provide completed RMA form in the box when the product is returned.
