Without changing dimensions of a motor, how does a different winding principle affect the motors parameter?

Winding scaling is simply exchanging volts and amps. Increasing the number of wire turns on the stator, increases the voltage drop across the winding and decreases the rated current. While the power remains unchanged when a winding is scaled, the difference is realized in the maximum speed and torque for a given current. A higher turn count means lower speeds while a lower turn count means higher speeds.
